feat(frontend): Secondary parameters for model variables

A demo version of the new secondary parameters feature in the frontend.

• new AUC derived variable type in the combined model.
• 'secondary parameters' checkboxes in the Model view. Enable secondary parameters for any concentration variable in the model.
• edit time intervals in the Model view, and set thresholds for variables.
• a Results view showing a table of secondary parameter values for each group and variable.
• a new SimulationContext to share simulation outputs across the Simulation and Results views.
