1.13d unhandled_exception violation c000005 #81

I'am trying to inject into clean 1.13d diablo II but i get the error. As you can see here the error appears right after injection into the game What it cause this error? I'have tried another files BH.1.5s2-1.13d and its injecting okey. https://ibb.co/QC50Kxx
