chore(): remove rails_stdout_logging gem #325

In this PR the rails_stdout_logging is removed from the heroku recipe as it isn't needed anymore (since Rails 5) and it was generating a Deprecation Warning.

Le hice rebase y saqué otra linea que estaba quedando en el readme (bajo la sección de Heroku)
