Bug 1

On 3 move ships, sometimes you can place a move but it is greyed out. The fix is to move the sliding piece in its place and switch back.

Bug 2

The slider should reset to position 4 after every turn, which it currently doesn't do.

fixed in client AND in server. this is a breaking change, so previous server/client have both been tagged 1.9.91.

also added locked controls for the animation phase.
