add project field in the article metadata #39

In TNA, and in fact in other project work, we need to be able to provide summary and stats for data for a specific project. To assemble this a posteriori is very cumbersome and takes a lot of time.

we would like to add in the metadata a field "project", which then at the same time is used in the stats to select all data linked to a project.

We need to consider whether project can have only one value, of multiple, such as the lestid project as part of the BiCIKL project.

Not sure why we need a second ticket for this, to be honest ... the open questions are pretty much laid out in https://github.com/plazi/arcadia-project/issues/197 , so why not continue there?
