Linked Taxa Deleted in Catalogue of Life #106

Not sure if this is intended, but when we click on the CoL link within a treatment, it leads us to a deleted taxon. https://tb.plazi.org/GgServer/html/C2261072FFBE1A13FFD6347F8E4AE0D2

This is definitely not intended ... on the other hand, I tend to think such cases should be few (hopefully ...), as CoL supposedly has stable name IDs ... otherwise the whole linking effort wouldn't make all too much sense.

If you encounter such a case, basically all you can do is change the name ID (the ID-CoL attribute on the taxon name) ... and that's all I could do, as well ... let's hope we're not linking to quicksand here.

@truschel actually told me she's seen this behaviour repeatedly, however I've tried to find a few on my own but didn't find anything out of the ordinary

Can only speculate at this point, of course, but it might well be that it's focused on specific taxonomic groups, maybe even related to one of the source datasets of CoL ... guess I need to update CoL-Local to make sure it doesn't have stale name IDs ... which, based upon a 2021 statement from CoL, shouldn't exist in the first place ...
