Creating a "Create an Account" system #111

Here's an idea:

Could we have a "Create an Account" system in the website as with other platforms? Currently only Guido can do that, after we request the account to be created.

The new account would come with the lowest level of credential, only allowing people to explore IMFs and annotations.

This might be a bit problematic, as it would incur instant access to all the copyrighted PDFs, if without the ability to edit them ... I'm always thinking about our system as an office system rather than an online community, and you cannot self-register to a Windows domain or similar things ...

The policy is, in accordance with Willi, that everybody who works with us in a project and agrees to be a Plazi member will get at least the basic access, that is minimally to all the IMFs.

That means Guido, Felipe or I or other designated Plazi members should be able to assign this membership linked to a project. We need to

  • create a table where we list all the Plazi members, when they entered, to what project they are linked
  • create a list of all projects - which should also be used as reference for assigning an IMF to one or multiple projects.

I've added a People tab I think we can just use this
