zoobank stubs from EJT dublications with EJT processed data #113

@gsautter is there a way we can reconcile the articles in TB that are the same, created by Zoobank for each new species, and from us through the processing?

This should normally happen automatically ... the only thing that can get in the way is ZooBank being down when the treatments come in, as treatment extraction verifies any article provided ZooBank UUID against ZooBank proper before we accept it (to catch typos, font errors, etc.) ... if that verification step is successful, the treatment get assigned the ZooBank UUID, and after the treatment is stored, the stub disappears ... The only way the stub can remain is if the verification lookup fails because ZooBank is down ...

In this specific case, it seems ZooBank are indicating the wrong authority: "Antatelson claudei" an ZooBank: https://tb.plazi.org/GgServer/html/66996FD2FE32698CEF99E5FD3EA1CB52 - authority "J. L. This is also a way for the verification lookup to fail, of course.
