how to annotate treatmentCitations if there is no bibRef at the end but only microcitations?

This works in two steps:

• mark the in-line citation (what you call "micro-citation" despite the fact that it's a complete reference) as a bibCitation, starting right after the taxonomicName (and any separating punctuation mark)
• wrap a treatmentCitation around the taxonomicName and the bibCitation

Attributes of bibCitation:

• titel: the taxon name without the authority
• author: authority name from taxonomicName
• year: authority year name from taxonomicName
• EITHER journal, volume number, and pagination as given in citation
• OR volumeTitel, editors if given, and pagination as given in citaton

Attributes of treatmentCitation:

• copy of attributes from both bibCitation and taxonomicName ...
• ... without pagination, but first page number as page
