google maps in TB need to be fixed #83

@gsautter @punkish we need to fix the maps in our treatment displays.

What are the steps needed to fix this? Please let us make this effort since this is not good for our appearance.

That said, I'm happy to go with whatever we settle on, but we need to settle on something first ... my favorite is still GoogleMaps due to the option to show satellite images, but the terrain map used in iNaturalist is also nice (need to figure out what they use if we decide to go that way).

@gsautter we still need to fix this map issue. @punkish any idea? Originally we used google maps, but there seem to be an issue regarding using google maps for this purpose. May be we can make use of our google NGO account? @flsimoes might have an idea?

Would be good to have this fixed by Disentis!

There seems to be some problem with the js code that draws the map. I get a message that my browser is not compatible with Google Maps, but I get this message no matter what browser I use. It is possible that updating the code with whatever the latest fixes might be could fix this problem without having to change the map service.
