Not if you select any fields from the treatment citations ... it's that same old 1:n join effect where n=0 that is perfectly correct from the SQL point of view, yet counter intuitive on the UI ... Just search for this treatment, not treatment citation. You can't find this Pteromotus species from HBMSW.

You might want to try "Pteronotus" instead of "Pteromotus" ("n" instead of "m") ... gave me a good shock not to find anything with the "m" ...
