add keyboard shortcut to skip forward + backward when playing music #970

Steps to reproduce

  1. play a music track in PMP

Current behavior

  1. while a music track is playing, pressing → or ← in PMP goes to next / previous track

Expected behavior

  1. documentation suggests this should skip forward / backward when playback is running: https://support.plex.tv/articles/208052807-controlling-the-app/ ← – step back 10 seconds → – step forward 30 seconds
