p.a.caching is not available from the add-ons control panel #3092

What I did:

What I expect to happen:

p.a.caching be there, ready for install

What actually happened:

It's not there.

What version of Plone/ Addons I am using:

5.2.1

It's on the portal_quickinstaller I workaround it installing it there...

In plone.demo.org is not there, so I guess it's not only me.
