VPTZ framework extension. #13

Litiv 2017 summer internship. Add additional functions and modified some part of the origin framework. Samples could be find in apps\opencv3contrib trackers\main.cpp.

Hey hey, there's the patch --- could you allow modifications on the pull request? See here for instructions. These changes will require a cleanup before they go in --- it shouldn't be too hard, we'll discuss it back in the lab.
