Your question is not related to Formcreator. You must use a ticket template. In this template you must configure which fields are visible and apply this template to the entity where is this ticket. Of course this will impact all tickets in this entitty.
Bom dia! Quando vou verificar um chamado, está aparecendo urgência, impacto e prioridade. Não queria que aparecesse os 3, somente prioridade. Alguém consegue me ajudar?
