Update ignoring customizations to files

Describe the bug Updated formcreator this morning to 2.13.8. It appears the update is ignoring customizations to source files. Specifically, changing the term "Forms" to "Create a ticket" that appears in the Assistance menu in inc/formlist.php and removing the giant bold "Form data" from the target ticket in inc/formanswer.class.php. These changes enhance UX for our users.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Cannot reproduce the error like a typical bug.

Expected behavior String changes would appear in UI

If you change the source code, you are responsible of keeping patches and re applying them when you upgrade the plugin. this is true for GLPI, and any other plugin.
