A couple times now I have been bitten by this. I make some edits to a workflow (e.g., upgrading some Operations to some new versions), then run the workflow, am satisfied with the changes, but forget to click Save in the Workflow view. Then I go make some edits to operations and come back to the workflow and I realize the Operations are still using the deprecated versions.
It would be nice to be warned "hey did you mean to save this thing before walking away?"
