New Sample - PowerShell JSON using Ignite Data #36

Sample based on other PowerShell sample

Did a small rewrite of the scripts to put all the configurable settings such as EntraID app details, schema etc in a single file and remaining supporting functions into second file.

I believe I have followed the contribution guidance but please feedback if I've missed something.
