Introduce PP counting #179

With the ppvalue instruction, it's possible.

Put it on hover of the spectated pokes. A redesign of the popover and its trigger might be needed as the window would be larger. Maybe finding a way of the mouse being over it not triggering onleave() for any other elements below, while still visible on top?
