E2E tests are run in restricted environment

Based on a request and new podman feaure to utilize user-mode networking. We want to have the e2e tests run in an restricted environment using CI.

Platforms:

• Windows
• Mac
• Linux

Additional context

We need to have: *Specification how such environment is configured (proxy, corporate firewall, vpn in use, ie. Cisco AnyConnect VPN) and how it behaves

• E2e tests that indicate usability of podman desktop/podman in an air gap env. - pull image, start container, see if container can reach the internet
• Setup an automation that will prepare such environment (getting machine from AWS/Azure, setup the env. - proxy, install podman desktop and finally install podman + initialize and start podman machine)
• Run the tests
• Collect results - provide feedback
