In-progress downloads are stopping when switching from Wifi to Data #869

Something strange happens with my downloads. I will download the podcasts I want to listen to, then leave my house for a walk. I downloaded the latest Chubby Behemoth and halfway through my walk the podcast stopped. I opened Podverse and saw Chubby attached.

I tried reproducing this on iOS and Android, but couldn't do it...I'm going to close this, but will reopen if we get more bug reports like this.
