Young Indiana Jones Chronicles, The (U) vertical scrolling flickers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.load the rom
2.pass first level

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
second level (dark cave level) background flickers when scrolling down 
(falling) making the level hard to figure out, because some times wen you fall 
you end up walking inside the floor and not over it.

Does this issue occur on FCE Ultra for Windows?
As of Fceultra 0.98.13mm, the problem seems to be fixed

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
wii, 3.2.2

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
official

I attached both save states, one from fceultra 0.98.13mm from windows and 
another from fceugx 3.2.2 both at the 2nd level.
I can attach the rom if requested.
