Need method for considering the location of patches on the seal. To this end, need method of manually or, ideally, automatically finding control points (eyes, nose, L+R flippers, umbilicus, tail/rear flippers?).

-Automated classification of body parts -calculation of standard distances (i.e. this spot is 2xDist between flippers from that spot) -method to find distances between matched spots -modelling element that assigns probability to match based on the quality of spot matches + the sameness of distances between matched spots

Plan: get undergrads to annotate images. Draw outline of seal, save w/ modified filename. Draw points identifying eyes, flipper insertions, tail, (rear flippers), (tail), (nose).
