Revert slip44 change #1931

Revert: https://github.com/polkadot-js/common/commit/527b4f0eeb5be06e37912e02a5909b1c56ebf90b

I came to the conclusion that it is okay to allow the Slip44 to be passed in. I think this will be specifically useful for the migration app.
