Split MSOs in two different pops #12

keep them with two different recorders. the idea is to be able to replicate Grothe's diagrams with inh disabled

started with just keeping a single MSO. working well

the second MSO wasn't needed in the end. I worked on the parameters until it worked well enough, and ran the experiment twice. i think this is a better solution.
