Read the docs not working #72

Read the docs is not working :( ... We believe it is because it is not addressing the right branch--despite us changing the 'default branch' setting in the readthedocs. Any suggestions on How to fix that?

When to compile fails, there should be an error message that you can view; can you paste that here??

Yes, but it's not a very helpful error message

I copied all of the files to a new repository and ran readthedocs on that one and worked. Here's what it would have looked like if it had passed: http://lungmap-data-plus-2016.readthedocs.io/en/latest/write_output.html
