As shown in the previous publish log, the currently used GitHub Action is deprecated.

[x] Pin to a supported version
[x] Consider secretless publishing (https://github.com/marketplace/actions/pypi-publish#trusted-publishing)
[x] Reliability: to test the publish script, consider pushing to TestPyPI on every merge (needs some sort of Git versioning)
