[1.5.0] Delay sync does not work correctly when Clock in is set to USB #1550

Steps to reproduce

Add a sound to a channel and add delay to that sound. Set the delay to "sync on"

When played normally, everything sounds fine, but if you change Clock in to USB the sync of the delay will not work correctly. (Same issue happens when Clock in is set to "MIDI in Jack")
