Example of a promoter that cannot be fixed

This is a promoter swap, but the expression level was not recorded. We have no option to do promoter swap with "not recorded" expression (this happens quite a lot, mentioned on last call)

I put this at high priority because I can't get to the end of the allele fixes without it, so it's a blocker for releasing the allele pages.

Just to be clear, are you saying that the required change is that "not assayed" should be available for WT?

I'm confused by the discussion about promoters and the screen shot.

Because "not assayed" isn't available you don't get the promoter option, so yes I think make "not assayed" available, then we should see. the promoter options.
