Where was this link?
It's in @manulera tutorial
its the link "how to add genotypes" on this page https://pombase.github.io/canto_tutorial/phenotypes/
We still need to switch this to be the main documentation, currently it is not linked prominently. I needed to check that nothing was missing.
MAnu can you remind me where the instructions are how to do the editing? I can't find them (my bad housekeeping!)
Hi @ValWood, I have fixed the broken link.
There is documentation in how to add content in the project wiki.
And the project readme shows how to run the site locally to verify that what you add will look as you expect.
If you try to work with it and don't manage, let me know and we can do a Zoom session together or something like that.
Have a nice weekend!
Thanks Manu, and you!
I might delegate this task to @PCarme !
For now, I checked to the old documentation and I don't think anything is missing. @kimrutherford I think we should go ahead and replace all of the Canto documentation links Manu's.
One possible addition would be "advanced mode" in the "productivity tips" but I'm not so fussed about this, because I would rather novices did the "drill down" only.
@manulera sorry it took me so long to review this. It is on my "big todo list" and I haven't looked at that for a while!
reopening until Kim swaps over the docs
I think we should go ahead and replace all of the Canto documentation links
PHI-Canto has customised documentation so this will need to be configurable. @jseager7 I'll let you know what the configuration is once it's implemented.
Are there website links that need fixing too? This issue is on the website tracker.
No I just put it on the wrong tracker!
(I need to find instructions!)
