The last few Canto load logs have squawked about FYPO annotation extensions that use pseudogene systematic IDs, e.g.
warning in 9a6cbb66c43cb971: in extension for SPAC16C9.06c:allele-1, can't find feature with identifier: SPAC212.09c - can't find feature for: SPAC212.09c
(from log.2014-11-27-09-53-55.curation-tool-data-load-output)
But they really did measure transcript levels for some pseudogenes in the paper, so we need to be able to put pseudogene IDs (or names, in the rare cases where they have 'em) in annotation extensions, especially for FYPO.
