They don't mention InterMine in the paper. They talk about "SimpleMine", which is this: https://wormbase.org/tools/mine/simplemine.cgi
Wormbase use it to compare three types of interactions, genetics, physical and regulatory. Do we have regulatory interactions?

we could look after the pombemine is in place, I don't really know how it fits but it seems to be a tool that can be used with wormbase and intermine. It might provide an advanced search option that could also link to Mine enrichments
