Weather - Githubissues

Implement a weather view. It's usually the thing I want to know when I'm looking for a bus and it can be very lightweight.

Met Service at a minimum
Could just grab Wellington City as a fixed location, but perhaps use current location to detect if Wellington Rural should be chosen instead
Possibly have settings to override this, or select a different weather provider from a canned list
