Missing provider bundle for osgi.contract=JavaJPA;version=2.1 in Apache Karaf 4.2.2 #5

Apache Aries JAX-RS whiteboard is installed and provides the desired contract. But it doesnt work.

Seems to be due to obr. If I deploy the bundle directly, everything works fine.
