Drag and Drop doesn't seem to work for all applications #634

I'm note sure if I'm missing something when using touchpad but I thought there was support for it already. It is working with applications like Firefox, Haruna, KdenLive, but doesn't seem to work with BeeRef, Krita, Logseq, Foliate, etc. In Logseq, Drag and Drop is possible when using it's Wayland Backend(from it's context menu) but it's not available for other applications. This features seems quite important for manipulating multiple files.

Drag&Drop between Xwayland and wayland applications is currently not implemented.

I'm experiencing issues with drag-and-drop functionality using the touchpad in COSMIC.

While I can successfully drag and drop files from the Files app to Inkscape and Firefox, I'm unable to do the same with GIMP or VLC.

Environment:

Operating System: Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS x86_64
Host: VivoBook ASUS Laptop X513IA_M513IA 1.0
Desktop Environment: COSMIC
