Swapping keyboard layout resets repeat delay/rate #1058

The problem

Swapping keyboard layout in the layout switcher in the panel resets the repeat delay and repeat rate.

Steps to reproduce

  1. In the Settings app, go to the Input Devices tab.
  2. Make sure you have multiple keyboard layouts set up under Input sources.
  3. Under Typing set Repeat delay and Repeat rate to something other than the default middle position.
  4. Close the settings app.
  5. Change the keyboard layout in the panel.
  6. Open the settings app.

Expected behavior

The repeat delay and repeat rate settings should be as left during step 3.

Actual behavior

The repeat delay and repeat rate settings are reset to the default middle position.

What version of cosmic-settings-daemon do you have?

I'm unsure how to check. I've installed with the cosmic-session-git package through the AUR.

Here's the version of 

$ yay -Qe | grep -i cosmic

cosmic-session-git 1.0.0.alpha.2.r0.gd06f94a-2
