Right click on the desktop open the menu under any windows, making the menu itself unusable.
I think it should render on top of any windows so you can see it.
Also, even if less important, I noticed you can close that menu only with another right click on the desktop (if you don't use any voice in the menu and just want to abandon it) and it may be more comfortable to close it also with a left click anywhere on the desktop. It may be like this: any click, left or right, outside the menu, on the desktop or on an application, closes the menu.
