Pinch-to-Zoom can be really annoying. #934

Not sure if this is Cosmic's fault or if it's just built into Wayland but ever since I switched from Cinnamon to Cosmic I have been able to pinch to zoom in web browsers. This can be quite disruptive as it can accidentally trigger when I try to 2 finger scroll and it can be weirdly finicky to get it back to fully zoomed out. The issue is that when I release my fingers this sometimes triggers it to zoom in ever so slightly that I still have horizontal scroll.

It would be nice if when you are close to fully zoomed out within some margin of error if it could sling back out to all the way zoomed out. This way if you are trying to zoom all the way back out it doesn't take 3 tries to not have a little bit of horizontal wiggle room.

Realistically if people are using the pinch-to-zoom feature intentionally they will probably want a little bit more than 101% zoom :P

This also happens in the Gnome version of Pop. It would be nice if there was a way to disable it for certain applications, or even altogether.
