Window management panel provides options for Super key behavior, window controls toggles, and additional window tiling settings.

Can you add a "Show close button" option so we can get rid of the close button? There should also be an option for the Left Super Key to do nothing. What if I want to use the Super Key as a modifier but not launch anything? Right now the user is forced to choose between launching applications, launcher or workspaces but some might want to use it as a modifier only and not a launcher for anything.

I'm currently on this, however I'd like to split that up into smaller PRs instead of a big one:

[x] ~~Add Show legacy app headers button~~ deprecated
[ ] Add Launching windows below a minimum size "decider"
[ ] Add floating window exception
