Add Swedish translation for xdg-desktop-portal-cosmic to add Swedish … #82

Add Swedish translation as i promised @f0x and @mmstick in the #development channel on the Mattermost

as i want COSMIC Screenshot to be in Swedish

Still a bit confused what the Output = string should be translated too as i said in the #development channel on the Mattermost

so please don't merge this yet if its wrong

got told by @Drakulix that its for for capturing an output, aka screen or monitor. would the word Skärm för screen in Swedish be the best one then, but then what if someone is using a Projector or a TV instead

or would the word Utgång be a better one to use, thats used for Outputs like audio output jacks and if something writes to a File the Swedish word thats usually used is Utdata but i think this might be wrong in this case maybe @haaninjo @snaggen

or any other of the Swedish translators have feedback for this (not sure if there is any one more then these two other Swedish translators) as i have not really looked at COSMIC since February this year

Changed it to Utgång for now, as you often connect your screen to for example a HDMI/DVI/VGA/DP port

but i guess some people are using wireless projectors so maybe thats not fully right, i let the other Swedish translators help me decide before this hopefully gets merged

In the context of audio/video outputs, I think Utgång is the correct translation (unless we refer to the actual audio data stream, but that seems not to be the case here)

tested to install the AUR https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/cosmic-screenshot-git package that pulls from Github and this works

@jackpot51 also sent PRs for updated Swedish for cosmic-files cosmic-launcher and cosmic-store earlier today (had missed 2 strings for -files but took the others too when i was at it)

@haaninjo @snaggen @jackpot51 maybe this should be small letter cased too?, did not think about that
