NPAIRS Observed Eigenvalue Plot: settings should persist across results files #177

When switching from one results file to another in Observed Eigenvalue Plot, 
view always resets to 'Full-Data Reference'. Want whatever view has been set 
for given results file to persist when viewer switches away and back.
