R vs P plot: save path does not persist #185

Plot save path (right-click plot saving or 'Save values' button csv file 
saving) defaults to user's home directory and reverts to it every time user 
saves anew.  Irritating and time-consuming to re-navigate to desired dir all 
the time.

Not a problem for saving/loading r vs p text files into R vs P GUI via File--> 
Load, though.
