'Flip volumes' option in results viewer doesn't work. #196

'Flip Volumes' in menu bar Options in results viewer doesn't work.  It seems to 
flip the voxels but not the underlying brain shape - not sure how voxels are 
actually laid out when flipped. Moreover, in 3-plane viewer, only view 
currently selected flips e.g. if 'Axial' is selected, only the axial image 
flips in the 3-plane viewer.  This is illogical since the other images must 
adjust, too, to reflect new voxel order.

This feature has been disabled for now. (See Issue #172.)
