6 years ago Is there anyway to get PG3 for now until the install for PG4 is resolved? I went to the Mega link for PG3 and it's been removed. Anyone know of an alternate location? Thanks

Hello,
First off, I used to use PG ver. 1 a while back. I found there was PG4 out now and I donated to Patreon. I downloaded PG4 and attempted to install it. I don't have a PG3 DB so I selected "Create new database" and as soon as I do, it fails to respond and gives an error message. I tried selecting different locations for the new db and still getting the same error. I have attached a pic of the error. I am running Win7, could that be an issue? It is up to date with all patches and hotfixes. Any ideas?
