What this PR does / why we need it: The module stopped working due to changes in the OSB (Helm Charts switched from Daemonsets to Operator) This PR includes the following changes:

Operator Support for Installation, Upgrades and Destruction
Support for Custom Namespaces
Updated Documentation

Which issue(s) this PR fixes Closes #42
