Update configuration title on association #2377

We shouldn't prompt, we should just update the title of the Configuration.

Had another user test that hit the reason for this issue and the work (potentially overwriting a name after association)

It was said, unprompted, that the expectation was that the title would be updated when the deployment was associated with content already on Connect. If that is the expectation that reinforces our idea here.
