Application doesn't work on Windows Server 2016

Describe the Issue

Unable to use the Postman application, as the app is stuck/ white on the load screen. Issue persists from v.9.3.1 version.

Steps tried so far:

• Disabling GPU, hardware acceleration.
• Clear cache.
• Clear all processes via Task manager
• Tried Postman canary

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install the application.
2. Launch Postman next.
3. Arrives at the loading screen/ White screen

Environment Information

Details about the device:

• hp 840 g5, with windows 11.
• In windows 11, they have a Hyper-V manager with a VM that is running windows server 2016.
• App version: Latest, v.9.15.x

Additional Context?

Works as expected on Postman Web.
