Add a setting for test mode. #60

In this mode, the chip produces an incrementing 8-bit counter, so as to detect dropped samples.

Tested and looks good!

I wondered what the spectrogram might look like. It's highly dependent on FFT size and windowing function. Drop a .cu8 on https://triq.org/pdv/ and play with both settings, it's pretty ;)
