Connect icons of sky to be updated with new links (Change Maker to sky)

[x] Makerdao Production to be removed and replaced with connect.sky.money
[x] Staging.connect.phd to be created and to be added (Wouter needs to do this?)
[x] Link to Connect-staging.sky.money to be added as an intermediate check before production.
[x] Arbitrum environments to be taken away from apps.powerhouse.io

Switchboard icons of sky to be updated

[x] Switchboard.sky.money to be added
[x] Staging.switchboard.phd to be created and to be added (Wouter needs to do this?)
[x] Switchboard-staging.sky.money to be added as an intermediate check towards production.

To be added under fusion icons of Sky

[x] Fusion.sky.money
[x] Fusion-staging.sky.money
[ ] Staging.fusion.phd

updated the environments and send prometheus the domain configurations for the .phd domains. pr is attached
