FrostyStorage model is not a reasonable model of a cold-storage warehouse #1070

One of the models configured for factored-customer is FrostyStorage, which is supposed to represent a cold-storage warehouse. Its power consumption would be high for a facility of 100000 m^2, over 300mx300m, as large as some of the largest non-cold-storage warehouses in the world. And there are three of them.

Probably better to just eliminate it and add more capacity to the cold-storage model.
